When I started Dame Tasty in Seattle in 2025, I had one mission: bring bold, crave-worthy macarons to a city that deserved better than the same old tired options. Bigger, fluffier, and made with more filling, because dainty desserts just don't cut it.

I've grown this business the only way I know how: through genuine partnerships with apartment complexes, real estate agents, and event planners who trust Dame Tasty to elevate their menus, marketplaces, open houses, and celebrations.
